We grow part of the food we cook in our agroecological garden.
We support fare trade networks and work directly with those who grow our food.
We use organic and locally produced ingredients.
We do not use any kind of industrial processed food, instead we offer a whole food
plant-based diet, free of sugar and oil.
Hierba Dulce is part of a cultural project together with Pochote Press, a feminist publishing house of author's books, printed with letterpress and risography.
